We approached George S. May International Company to have them come in and review our operations with a new set of eyes to see what improvements could be done to help us be more efficient in our day to day operations.
They came in and were able to show us ways to be more efficient in our operation and developed methods in which we can track our progress. Our management is pleased and committed to carry out the new programs to maximize our operation to help us remain competitive in an ever changing market.
We have worked with other companies in the past in these areas but never felt that we got a clear picture on how to achieve our goals. George S. May International Company gave us clear direction on how to achieve our goals and put the tools in our hands to help get us there. We are satisfied with the work and are confident that we will be able to use the tools to attain our goals.
