Calvary Construction is a powerline construction company. When we were contacted by George S. May International we were aware that there were issues that needed to be addressed within our company. Our financials were difficult to understand, we could see that there were problems but we could not identify many of them. We weren’t sure if our unit pricing was correct. We knew we were in the neighborhood of where the prices needed to be because our bids were always competitive with other powerline companies our size. We needed to be able to test our pricing against a formula or model to determine if our unit calculations were correct. We decided to allow George S May to complete an analysis of our business.

Once the analysis was completed we realized there were other issues that need to be addressed in addition to the ones we had identified and we made the decision to have George S May International work with us. On August 20th George S May staff arrived. They immediately began crafting a plan specific to our company to help us resolve our issues and stop the excessive leakage of cash from our business. We believe that Calvary should be able to capture approximately $200,000.00 over the next twelve months that should go on our bottom line of net income.

We have spent many hours with your staff learning to implement the plan they designed and we feel confident we will be able to make the necessary changes to our operations that will enable us to become more productive as well as more profitable. We are very satisfied with the work that has been completed by George S May staff and look forward to continuing our relationship with your company.
