I would like to express my continued gratitude for our current consulting project with my favorite Senior Staff Executive.
He has continued to demonstrate an ability to make a measurable difference within my organization and has done so again this visit.
Southern Glass & Aluminum has been experienceing continued success and growth. We recently encountered some bookkeeping deficiencies which were easily identified using tools previously implemented by our Senior Staff Executive. Had these deficiencies not been addressed, the results could have been devastating. While here, our Senior Staff Executive assisted with payroll distribution, variance reporting and job tracking. He also developed job descriptions and evaluations forms for four new positions in my company.
I look forward to our Senior Staff's next visit tentatively the first week of December 2007. I would like to express my continued appreciation for our Senior Staff and the George S. May Company.
