The George S May Company just finished a second helpful visit with us. This brief two day program has just been completed here at the French Quarter Cafe, Inc. I Would like to thank everyone at George S May International Company who was involved in helping my partner and I improve our business further. The analyst was absolutely brilliant and charming. He was very clear about helping us diagnose the sources of our current problems. The Project Director and Staff Executive were the finest employees of GSMIC that we have had the honor of working with, and that is saying something. These gentlemen came in and made recommendations, then laid out a plan of action to get things fixed and therefore provide our company with the profit that we so desire. Our focus was to create profit for our company and we believe that we can do it.

The French Quarter Cafe, Inc. cannot thank our Project Director and Staff Executive enough for the wonderful work thay have done in a quick time period to get our company going in the right direction. I have no doubt that the tools and controls provided by the team will provide positive results for my company. We are completely satisfied with the work of the staff and the project as a whole.
